This is a great item….Eliminates the use of a regular toaster, saves space and the slots are big enough for thick slices of bread(bagels, even)…lol…

After 3 months of use the door hinge stuck and the glass came apart from the frame. If I could I’d give it a zero star rating.

I researched this purchase and decided on this toaster oven because of its size. I have a small kitchen and this does not take up much counter space. Love the retro style. Like the ease of use…only two knobs to set. The interior size is smaller than I thought it would be. Right now I can only fit a loaf pan inside. My 8×8 glass pans don’t fit because of the handles, however, the 8×8 metal pan does. Also, any food cooked in a pan seems to get the top overcooked because it is so close the the heating element. I have solved this by covering with foil the first half of the cooking time.

This toaster broke after just a short period of use. The temperature setting dial broke and it doesn’t work anymore. Worked OK when it worked, but due to flimsy manufacturing it will not last long. You get what you pay for for $15 right? I’d recommend one spend the extra $10 and get a sturdier construction and longer-lasting toaster.

I’ve repeatedly told others I have the sexiest toaster made.

However, it feels like anything could crush it. Seems cheaply made and I guess that’s why it sells for so little too. I got it because I had limited counter space.

I’ve had this oven for SIX YEARS, and it has been a Blessing for one with limited mobility, such as myself. It has operated worry-free, cooking my meals to perfection without supervision, especially when I am unable to be in the kitchen, so I rarely use my full-size oven any more. The convection feature requires a good power source to work safely, but it performs extremely well. It did especially well this past Thanksgiving when my out-of-town guests were arriving and the turkey still was not quite done. I turned on the convector, and wow, the turkey cooked fully in 1/3 the amount of time.

Pros: It can cook up to a 10 pound turkey; Cooks multiple items in the oven simultaneously; Accepts all types of baking dishes; Energy Saver: Oven cools off as the cooking process ends; The timer is easily heard from several different rooms. Excellent for people with mobility issues: Easy to turn knobs, good visibility through oven door; place on countertop for easy input/retrieval of food.

Caution: Works like regular electric oven. Use quality potholders and oven mitts to avoid burns.

I plan to buy another Hamilton Beach model when this one needs replacing.

The oven works just fine but the up top toaster does not work well. Small food like frozen waffles slide down to the oven. Irritating.

I cannot tell you how happy I am with my hamilton beach six slice convection toaster oven. Man, this thing is getting better and better as I learn more about it.
